Right of Withdrawal (Return Policy)
RETURN POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, seed packages must be unopened and in good condition. Grow-a-Gift packets may not be opened.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@boerelandgreens.com. Include your order number in your email, and please state the items you would like to return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. The cost of return postage is to be paid by the customer, unless the items received by the customer were damaged, or the incorect items were sent. In these cases, the return postage cost will be paid by Boereland Greens. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you receive the correct item is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. The value of postage paid to Boereland Greens will not be refunded unless the items received by the customer were damaged, or the incorrect items were sent. In these cases, the value of postage paid by the customer will be refunded. In cases where the customers order was eligible for free delivery, and free delivery was selected, the cost incurred by Boereland Greens to post the order will be subtracted from the amount refunded to the customer, unless the items recieved by the customer were damaged, or the incorrect items were sent. In these cases, no reduction for postage cost will be deducted from the refund amount by Boereland Greens. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
